You are welcome to begin therapy in a way that feels most comfortable for you. If you would like to discuss your needs beforehand, I offer an optional 15-minute consultation call, which provides an opportunity to ask questions and determine whether we will work well together. Alternatively, if you feel ready, you can directly enquire about booking a first session.

Deciding to begin therapy is a personal choice. A good indication that we may work well together is if my approach and way of working resonate with you.

Sessions are £65. Payment is made via bank transfer and I’ll send you the details once you’re booked in.
Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes.
I offer both daytime and evening appointments during the week. Availability may vary, so please get in touch to discuss suitable times and find a schedule that works for you.
If you are in immediate distress or feeling unsafe, it is important to seek help straight away. While I provide ongoing therapeutic support, I am not able to offer emergency care.
Please contact emergency services, your GP, or a 24/7 helpline, such as Samaritans (116 123 in the UK). There is always someone available to listen and provide support.
