Our Story

Get To Know Me...
I’m Olivia, a psychotherapist with a deep belief that therapy should feel human, not clinical.

Before I was a therapist, I studied neuroscience. I’ve always been fascinated by how our brains and bodies hold onto the stories we’ve lived through. Over time, that fascination became something more personal. I saw how painful experiences can shape how we move through the world and how powerful it can be to have the space to slow down, reflect, and start to make sense of it all. That’s what led me to this work.

I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and patterns of self-criticism, especially those who seem to hold it all together on the outside, but feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed on the inside.

Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. No masks. No pressure to have it all figured out. Just a place to explore your thoughts and feelings safely, without judgment.

Together, we’ll explore your past, make sense of your present, and begin shaping a future that feels like you.

We go beyond coping. We get curious. We unpack. We build something new.

My Experience and Credentials
I hold an MSc in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a BSc in Neuroscience, giving me both a scientific understanding of how the brain holds our stories and a deeply personal perspective on how we experience and navigate life.
My ongoing training has included: compassion-focused therapy, trauma-informed counselling and working with neurodivergence.
I’ve supported people across a wide range of services. From NHS mental health teams and Westminster Council to homelessness charities and universities. I’ve worked with people facing complex trauma, addiction, relational challenges, and emotional distress, as well as supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating gender, identity, and life transitions.

Currently, I work as a neurodivergence and autism specialist mental health advisor in higher education, offering tailored support for students navigating overwhelm, burnout, and mental health challenges in academic spaces.

These experiences shape how I show up in the therapy room: informed, flexible, and always led by the individual in front of me. My aim is to offer grounded, compassionate support that honours the full context of your story - not just the symptoms.
My Values
Sustainability
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about building something steady, meaningful, and lasting.
Curiosity
We don’t just manage symptoms. We explore the patterns, emotions, and past experiences that shape how you feel now.
Collaboration
There’s no one way to do therapy. This space is shaped by you. Your voice, your goals, your insight.
Inclusivity
My practice is affirming and inclusive. I welcome people of all identities, backgrounds, and life experiences. Whoever you are, however you feel - you're safe here.
